Basic Lessons in Laboratory Quality Control

This course explains and illustrates the basic knowledge required to set up a simple but effective quality control system using statistical process control. Statistical process control is a set of rules that is used to verify the reliability of patient results. It is based on statistics calculated from the regular testing of quality control products.
