Email Export Print

When adding a new Lot, I am unable to find my new Lot number in the Lot List.

If you are unable to find a new Lot number, Method, Reagent, or Instrument Kit in Unity Real Time 2.0 your Code Lists might be out of date.  To update your Code List please do the following:

In Unity Real Time 2.0, go to Tools menu, then Unity Interlab, click on Send/Receive Data</li>

Uncheck Send data to Bio-Rad.  Click on the check boxes in front of Receive Data, Receive codel list, Receive Analytical Goals information, and Receive Instrument setup

You should see the status indicator (blue bars) go all the way from the left to the right and then halt at about 2/3.  Wait for a few moments (even if the window says “Not Responding”), the database is updating.  In almost all scenarios this should not take more that 5 minutes.

It has completed when you see, Data Import Completed

If you get an Error Message, network security is blocking the transmission. See your internal IT for assistance. Or contact Bio-Rad Support for further assistance.  If you require further assistance please contact Bio-Rad Software Support at 800-854-6737 option 3.
