Export Print

Whenever I try to view my reports from QCNET Internet Explorer crashes and/or I am unable to read my printout.

To resolve these issues the reports need to be brought up in Adobe Acrobat Reader itself not within Internet Explorer. Follow these steps to configure Adobe Acrobat Reader:

1.  Open Acrobat Reader and click on Edit then Preferences.

2.  Click on Internet and deselect the check box marked "Display pdf in browser".

3.  Close Acrobat Reader.
