Export Print

I am having difficulty printing my PDF reports from QCNet.

The problem lies within the Adobe Reader functionality to hide toolbars. In order to enable/unhide the toolbar, please review the various options:

  1. In order to enable the menu bar, right click on the report and select 'Page Display Preferences'. Navigate on the left hand side to 'Internet' then uncheck 'Display in Read Mode by Default'.

  2. The F8 key is another way to toggle the PDF toolbar on/off. Pressing the F8 function key will hide and display the menu bar.

  3. The last way to show or hide the pdf menu bar is to open your Adobe Reader application. Navigate to the edit menu, scroll to the bottom of that menu and select preferences. After the window opens locate and select the 'Internet' option. Under the Web Browser options make sure that the 'Display in Read Mode by default' box is unchecked.
