I am receiving a Script Error message when trying to view my reports?

This error is limited to Internet Explorer 6. The recommended solution to this error is to upgrade your internet browser. Please visit the Microsoft Website  ( to download an updated version of Internet Explorer.

If you are unable to upgrade Internet Explorer 6, please refer to the non-conventional procedure below:

  1. Select your lab number, if the below error message appears, click "Yes".

  2. Either select a new lab number or select the blank space in the lab number drop down

  3. If the error message appears again, click "Yes".
  4. Repeat this process (three times) until the error message no longer appears. You will then be able to select your Lot and Report Type as usual.
