QC Net - Why is my web browser not properly loading QCNet?

1. Go to the Temporary Internet Files folder and manually delete everything (especially cookies) from
2. If the above step did not resolve the issue and the screen continues to hang, try the following

a. Open web browser.
b. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > select Internet icon > click on Custom level.
c. Set custom settings to LOW.
d. Try to log onto the QCNet website.

3. Another solution to try would be to change the settings within the security tab of Internet options from either DISABLE/ENABLE to PROMPT. It will run slower because of all the prompting, but it does load the web page. The problem is not with IE, but how one safeguards one’s internet access.
